What I actually build.
I'm a builder before I'm an advisor. Everything below is something I've shipped for a business, not a service line invented for a website.
- 01
AI systems, built for your business
Quotes from a voice note. Leads chased on their own. Paperwork that files itself. I build the system; you run the business.
This is the bulk of what I do. A working system in your business — not a subscription to something generic. It talks to the tools you already use, it speaks your customers' language, and it never sends anything to a client without your say-so. Typical builds: a quoting and invoicing assistant, an enquiry-to-follow-up pipeline, a document and paperwork engine, an internal assistant that knows your business.

AI strategy and implementation
Most AI advice stops at the slide deck. I find where the time actually goes, pick the two things worth automating, then build them.
For businesses with a team and real process already in place. We map the week honestly — where the hours go, what gets dropped, what only one person knows how to do. Then we cut it to the two or three changes that pay for themselves, and I implement them alongside your people rather than handing over a document.
- 03
Team training and workshops
Your staff using AI properly by the end of the day — on their real work, not toy examples. In English or Afrikaans.
Half-day and full-day sessions, on site or online. We work on your actual documents, your actual emails, your actual quotes. People leave with prompts and habits that survive contact with a busy Monday — and with a clear sense of what AI should not be trusted with.
- 04
Websites and digital products
Fast, clear sites that say what you do and move people to act — plus the products behind them.
I still build the front door. Clean, quick sites that load on a rural signal and say the thing plainly. Where it makes sense, the site is wired into the same system as the rest of your business, so an enquiry becomes a lead becomes a follow-up without anyone retyping it.
One Man Band
The clearest example of what I mean by a system. A full AI assistant for South African service businesses — quotes, invoices, leads, follow-ups, books — living on Telegram and the web. It grew out of five free builds I did on camera for tradespeople, and it now runs as a product. That is the shape of the work: understand the week, build the thing, put it in front of real people.
